We are committed to providing care for your pets every day of the year, including weekends and holidays.
Yes. We provide emergency and urgent care services during our regular business hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 365 days a year.
If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call us immediately at (610) 438-8349 so we can prepare for your arrival.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

*Please note that a 3% service fee is applied to all credit card transactions.
Yes, we work with pet owners who carry pet insurance; however, pet insurance companies do not pay William Penn Veterinary Hospital directly.
Payment for services is due at the time of your visit. The pet owner is responsible for submitting claims directly to their insurance provider for reimbursement according to their policy coverage.
Our staff can provide copies of medical records and invoices to assist with claim submission.
Yes. We accept several third-party financing options, including:

Financing approval and terms are determined directly by the financing provider.

Yes. We offer international travel examinations and health certificates for pets traveling outside the United States.
Because travel requirements vary by country and may require vaccinations, testing, or specific documentation, we recommend contacting our office as early as possible before your planned travel date.
Yes. We understand that saying goodbye to a beloved pet is never easy. We offer compassionate at-home euthanasia services when appropriate, allowing pets to remain comfortable in familiar surroundings with their families.

Yes. We provide cremation services and can help families select the option that best meets their wishes, including private and communal cremation options.
